This is the first of my throwback posts looking back at the two years of my Australian adventure, I am adding all my favourite photos and stories to my Instagram account linked below. I will also be updating my blog daily with the pictures I use on Insta, and the links to the posts I published at the time.

I hope you enjoy!

My first A380 experience, September 1st 2017. This was a great flight and more can be read here.

Changi Airport is my favourite airport so far and great to wander around. You can read why I think this and what can be discovered here.

Singapore, September 2nd and half way through my journey from London to Sydney. This was a mini trip within my travel journey to Australia, see my night shots of the city here.

I don’t want to add too many words to these posts, I think it is better to leave that for the posts I typed at the time. Plus with my busy Instagram schedule it will be much more manageable to upload this way. Quick posts, plenty of pictures and a few links in each page for you to read as you please.

Let me know what you think!

  1. Drop by Jewel Changi Airport next time if you are there again! There is a gorgeous indoor waterfall and you can take a stroll around the Canopy park 🙂 Would highly recommend you to also visit Gardens by the Bay! There are supertrees which bear resemblance to those in the movie Avatar and night scenery is simply spectacular!

    1. I wish I had seen it in the airport! It looks incredible. I did get to see Gardens by the Bay, which I loved. I also added these pictures again to my Instagram story recently.

      1. Plenty of chances if you need to transit at Changi Airport next time! The Jewel Changi Airport opened recently in May :)) anyway please keep posting beautiful photos in your posts!

      2. If I am in the airport I will for sure visit it! Thank you and I hope I keep coming up with posts you enjoy 🙂

  2. I’m looking forward to these throwbacks so I can see where you have been. We will be going to Singapore for a couple of months, so that night tour looks interesting. Hopefully it’s not just for people with long layovers.

    1. Thanks Jim for following my journey through the throwbacks! I am sure you will be able to do something similar outside the airport, and with the amount of time you will be there you will get to see plenty I am sure. I hope you have a great time!
