Not something you see everyday, but something I discovered whilst in Townsville as I killed time in the city before heading down the east coast.


This was so big I wouldn’t have been able to get a close-up shot.

Update- *That was until I looked at this again online and realised this was a pretty big car park and I could have went in, but never mind.*

I thought it would be a nice addition to my Street Art section.


This is the work of Belgian street artist ROA, unfortunately I haven’t been able to locate an official social media page to link, despite many unofficial channels displaying his artwork online. It appears that the artist likes a degree of anonymity as information is hard to find, but has a strong interest in drawing large animals in a rather dark manner.

    1. Haha, it reminds me of the countless social media videos that have taken over the internet of different animals becoming friends and hanging out together. I wouldn’t be surprised anymore to see someone has a pet tortoise and crocodile under the same roof…
